Welcome to Krishika Sri Crackers (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, product catalogue, enquiry cart, and related services for premium fireworks and crackers supplied from Sivakasi, India.

By browsing this website, submitting an enquiry, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About our services

This website is an enquiry and catalogue platform. Listed products, prices, and pack details are for information and quotation purposes. Submitting items to the enquiry cart does not create a binding sale until we confirm availability, final pricing, payment terms, and despatch details with you by phone or WhatsApp.

2. Eligibility and legal age

• You must be at least 18 years of age to submit an enquiry or purchase fireworks from us.
• You confirm that you are legally permitted to buy, possess, transport, and use fireworks under applicable Indian laws and local municipal / police regulations at your delivery location.
• We may refuse or cancel any enquiry or order if age, identity, or legal compliance cannot be reasonably verified.

3. Product information and pricing

• Images, descriptions, weights, piece counts, and brand names are provided in good faith and may vary slightly due to manufacturing batches or packaging updates.
• MRP, offer prices, and discount labels shown online are indicative and may change without prior notice based on season, stock, and manufacturer revisions.
• Final invoice value, inclusive of applicable taxes (if any) and agreed charges, will be confirmed before payment / despatch.
• Typographical or listing errors may be corrected; we are not bound to honour a clearly mistaken price.

4. Enquiries, confirmation, and orders

• After you submit an enquiry, our team will contact you (usually within 24 hours on working days) to confirm stock, packing, destination, and payment mode.
• An order is confirmed only when both parties agree on items, quantity, amount, and delivery / pickup arrangements.
• We reserve the right to accept, modify, split, or decline enquiries for any lawful reason, including stock shortage, restricted destination, or incomplete customer details.

5. Payments

• Payment instructions will be shared only through our official contact numbers / channels listed on this website.
• Orders are typically processed after receipt of the agreed advance or full payment, as communicated at confirmation.
• Do not transfer money to unverified accounts. Always reconfirm payment details on a call if you receive unexpected payment requests.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments once processed for confirmed and packed orders are non-refundable except as stated in the Cancellation & Refunds section.

6. Shipping, transport, and delivery

• Fireworks are despatched through registered transport / courier partners as permitted by law and carrier policy.
• Shipping charges, freight, hamali, and door-delivery fees (if any) are usually payable as per the transporter’s tariff and may be collected at destination unless prepaid by agreement.
• Delivery timelines are estimates only and depend on transporter schedules, festivals, weather, strikes, and local restrictions. We are not liable for delay caused by third-party carriers or force majeure events.
• Please verify the parcel against the packing list at the time of receipt. Shortages or transit damage must be reported immediately to the transporter and to us with photos / LR copy.
• Risk in the goods passes to you upon handover to the transporter (or upon your pickup from our premises), unless otherwise agreed.

7. Safety, storage, and responsible use

• Fireworks are hazardous goods. You must store them in a cool, dry place away from flame, heat, children, and pets, and use them only outdoors in open areas following manufacturer instructions and our Safety Tips.
• Adult supervision is mandatory. Never relight dud crackers; never hold lit fireworks in hand; keep water / sand nearby.
• You are solely responsible for safe handling, local permissions, noise / timing restrictions, and disposal of residual waste after use.
• Misuse, illegal transport, or sale in restricted areas is strictly prohibited and is your sole liability.

8. Compliance with law

Sale, purchase, transport, and use of fireworks in India are regulated under applicable explosives / fireworks laws, licences, and local notifications. You agree to comply with all central, state, and local laws at your end. We supply only to customers who represent that their purchase and use will be lawful.

9. Cancellation and refunds

• Before confirmation / packing: You may request cancellation of an enquiry or unconfirmed order; any advance paid may be refunded after deduction of bank / payment gateway charges, if applicable.
• After confirmation and packing / despatch: Cancellation is generally not accepted for custom or festival-season packs. Refunds, if any, are at our sole discretion and may exclude freight and handling.
• Defective manufacturing issues reported with proof within a reasonable time of delivery will be reviewed case by case (replacement / credit / partial refund as mutually agreed).
• We do not accept returns of opened firework packs for safety and regulatory reasons.

10. Limitation of liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krishika Sri Crackers and its owners, staff, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including injury, property damage, business loss, or festival-related inconvenience arising from use or misuse of fireworks, transporter delay, or website downtime.
• Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount actually paid to us for that order.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

11. Website use and intellectual property

• All website content, logos, product photography, and branding remain our property or that of respective rights holders.
• You may not scrape, copy, republish, or misuse catalogue content for competing commercial purposes without written permission.
• You agree not to abuse the enquiry system, submit false details, or attempt unauthorised access to the website or admin systems.

12. Privacy

We collect and use personal details (such as name, phone, email, and address) to process enquiries, confirm orders, arrange despatch, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

13. Force majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemic restrictions, government bans on fireworks, transport strikes, war, civil unrest, power / network outages, or manufacturer shutdowns.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by publishing a revised version on this page. Continued use of the website or submission of new enquiries after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts at Sivakasi / Virudhunagar District, Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your orders.
